Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor II-Full Time-Omak, WA

The Clinical Supervisor II is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Clinical Supervisor II provides liaison services, coordinating patient transition to home health and/or hospice. The Clinical Supervisor II assists in the clinical orientation of new employees and conducts field supervisory visits and competency assessments for annual clinician evaluations. The Clinical Supervisor II provides intake coverage when needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
2. Graduate of National League of Nursing accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree is preferred.
3. Previous experience in hospice, home health or related health care organization, with at least one year of management experience; experience with transitioning patients between health care services preferred.
4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
5. Has excellent observation, good nursing judgment and verbal and written communication skills. Understands hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying; understands home health philosophy and related patient care issues.
6. Understands principles of pain/symptom management.
7. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
8. Complies and maintains current CPR certification.
Hourly rate starting at $29.04 DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
