This position works with another experienced admin office manager who supports the functions below and handles the majority of insurance, billing, and treatment planning tasks.
You will serve as a primary contact for patients and represent the brand through multiple in-office and phone interactions.

A few of the job tasks include:
Help support the delivery of an unequaled patient experience.
Maximize patient flow and productivity Warmly greet and check-in all patients when they arrive in our office.
Oversee all forms of patient communication (phones, text, and email) Create, present, and schedule Treatment Plans Schedule doctor and hygienist for efficiency and production Administration of Recall and Recare systems for our active hygiene program Support insurance administration (verification of benefits, accurate data entry, and efficient claims admin processes) Assist with Revenue Cycle Management (patient billing, insurance claims admin).
Support growth of the practice by working with our marketing team to implement practice growth strategies internally and externally.
Ensure that patient records are accurate and complete, and that patient confidentiality is strictly maintained Continuing Care (Recall), Appointment Metrics (Pre-Appointment Rate, Broken Appointments and Cancellations) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus If you'd like to join a team that loves delivering relationship-based healthcare, we'd love to talk with you.
